Chopra Wins Mercedes-Benz Championship After 4 Playoff Holes

Nice finish to the first tournament of the season. Daniel Chopra prevailed after a birdie on the fourth playoff hole after Steve Stricker couldn't get up and down for a birdie as well. It was tough not seeing Mike Weir not finish it off after his 54 hole lead, but if not for a few early bogeys he would of done alot better than 4th.
Chopra earns 4,500 FedExCup points and pushes him into first place on the 2008 FedExCup points list. Stricker earned 2,700 points this week Ames got 1700 and Weir got 1200 points. Chopra is now eligible for the Masters so obviously he's ecstatic. Check out the video below for a taste of the 4th hole battle between Stricker and Chopra. Korean feed.
