Can Camillo Villegas Win The Open?

Can a guy like Camilo Villegas win the Open Championship? After a 2nd round record round of 65 he'll be in the second group of the day today. He's never won on the PGA Tour could a Major be his first victory. I guess anything is possible but it will be a battle and I doubt he'll be able to post another 65.
