So here we are third week into the season and its the Bob Hope Classic where birdies will be flying and pros will have to be patient with their amateur partners. So here's my choices for the week.

Mike Weir - Highest ranked player in the field starting his season off in hopefully sunny California. He's won here before always does well in this format.

Chad Campbell - Campbell won the 2006 Bob Hope Classic and came in 9th last year. Coming off a 8th place finish at the Sony, a solid pick for sure.

Justin Rose - Good track record here and has been playing better lately.

Charley Hoffman - If the weather gets iffy (windy/rainy) he'll win see his win a few years back here. Another top 10 for sure.

Carl Pettersson -This guy can make lots of birdies. Had a great week at the Sony with a 5th place showing.

Tim Clark- A grinder if the weather turns bad can make lots of birdies. He needs his first win!

Ryan Moore - His laid back mentality will serve him well in this format and he makes lots of birdies.
