Stack and Tilt Philosophy

So what is this stake and tilt thing anyways. After Mike Weir won a few weeks back everyone including myself were talking about Mike's new swing. Andy Plummer and Mike Bennett teach this stack and tilt swing, it must be good if Weir won right. I know Aaron Baddeley uses it and he's won. So what's it all about anyways check out this article:

The central idea of Plummer and Bennett's teaching is, well, that the golfer shouldn't move his or her centre, thereby staying "stacked" over the ball and even tilted toward the target.
