The tournament will be held July 19-22 for the third consecutive year at The Marshes Golf Club, just down the street from where I work at the Brookstreet Resort in Kanata, Ontario. This course is a favourite in the area and has held the Seniors' Championship the last three years.
It was also announced that Canadian golf marvel Dave Barr will play in this year’s Seniors’ Championship tournament at The Marshes definitely a big draw for Canadian golfers wanting to see some Seniors' Tournament action.
The $55,000 BreconRidge Canadian PGA Seniors’ Championship is a three-day, 54-hole individual stroke-play competition open to Canadian PGA Professionals 50 and older. The Super Senior (60 and older) and Diamond (70 and older) division will be contested over two days of 36 holes.
