Leonard Wins In Playoff Over Parnevik- Valero Texas Open
Sundays Valero Texas Open was definitely exciting to watch, it even took me away from enjoying my Thanksgiving dinner and that's hard to do. Now I'm a big fan of golf and watching the pros but when a golfer I like is in the hunt it makes it even more great. Case in point seeing Jesper Parnevik lose a three shot lead by the 6th hole on Sunday was heartbreaking. Putting it back together for the back 9 was great to see and then pulling out some amazing shots in the 3 extras holes, especially the first playoff hole, only to lose to Justin Leonard was both great to see and nerve racking. Jesper can definitely take alot of good away from his 4 rounds. He's safely inside the top 125 and he's got 4 tournaments left to get that next victory. I think he'll do it.
