O.k. did your kids get lots of toys that required lots and lots of batteries. Were most of these gifts from family and friends. Do you have the same dilemma that I do do I go with conventional batteries or go with rechargeable ones. I've used rechargeable batteries for a few years in my digital camera bu they seem to be fading and don't last forever. They do cost quite a bit for name brand ones. Or do I just buy your everyday throwaway ones. The dollar store ones I'm doing a test right now with my daughter's Polly Pocket Car Track racing kit and they are literally crap. Name brand batteries seem to do OK I just can't make a decision to buy more rechargeable ones or not. A few more test I guess.
