With this latest blast from old man winter I can only dream of warmer climates and the dream of once again playing golf. I curse all those people headed to Spring Break destinations that are not here shoveling out of two feet of snow. I long to feel a warm breeze in my face, not to have to wear so many clothes that I can't move, to bundle my kids so much they can't move. Should I just book a a vacation rental like maybe one of those Branson Rentals where I could play a 18-hole championship layout like LedgeStone where I could play in awe of the Ozark Mountains and the the wife and kids could do there thing.

I have played Ledgestone in Branson, and it is beautiful.
Branson Creek is supposed to be even better, one of the best courses in Missouri, but I haven't played it yet. I live just north of the Lake of the Ozarks in central Missouri, just a few miles from Osage National, a fairly new Arnold Palmer 27 hole course. Try it out sometime if you make it down to Missouri - you won't be disappointed.
