Phil Mickelson Hits Hybrids Too - Callaway PM Prototype Hybrid

By Ottawa Golf Blog   Posted at  9/29/2009 07:20:00 AM   1 comment

Watching the Tour Championship on Sunday I was amazed to see Phil hitting hybrids on a few holes, although on #18 he came up a little short and managed to save par. I just thought it was cool that the longest iron in his bag is a 5 iron and he now carries 2 hybrids. These are not your regular hybrid either they're Phil Mickelson Prototypes made specifically for Phil with his input and it looks like they won't be coming to retail as well but who knows for sure. Golf.com a great source for Tour info has a great article on these hybrids(Callaway PM Prototype Hybrid
) and what other clubs are in Phil's bag as well so check it out.

WHOO HOO! I loved watching Mr. Mickelson hit those hybrids. Glad to know I'm in good company.
