Golf Apparel Review: Peak Performance Howick Polo

With all the hot weather we've been having lately in the Ottawa area I was thankful for the Peak Performance Howick Polo. Having done so many reviews on different golf polos before I can honestly say the Howick is the best polo in hot and humid conditions.

First of all I've never had a golf polo with holes in the back of the shirt before. They're subtle as you can see from the picture. These laser-cut holes are used for ventilation and keep you cool providing you with maximum air flow as you're out playing on the golf course. Side mesh on the Howick polo also helps with air flow and cooling factor.

The Howick Polo does fit like most regular polos although I needed an XL and I normally take a Large. So defintely consult Peak Performance's fitting guide.

I really like the fact Peak Perforance uses what they call Clevercare when it comes to this golf shirt. You don't have to wash this shirt after every time you wear it. Just hang it up and air it out. If there's a stain manually remove it. Peak Performance is all about reducing your carbon footprint, move companies should look at this with their products.

The Howick Polo retails for $120 CDN which is on the high end of prices for a golf polo. That being said the quality and technology in this shirt is top notch. So for the price the Howick is reasonable, you get what you pay for.
