Golf Course Review - Atunyote Golf Course - Turning Stone Resort

The 2nd golf course Gus and I got to play while at Turning Stone Resort was Atunyote (the Oneida word for 'eagle'). While boasting many accolades including 2018 Northeast Golf Magazine - Best in New York Golf - Public Courses (#4) and 2018 Golfweek - Best Casino Courses I wanted to post a few of Gus's comments during our round:

"Dad I like the big fairways!"

"These are the best golf carts."

"Cool toads here Dad."

"Now these are pancakes."

"This is a great way to stay cool, Dad."

"I'll drive Dad"

"This is a fun course to play, Dad. Not to much rough"

"I really like the par 3s here."

"The big boys played here Dad!"

"I think there's something special behind this gate, Dad"

Playing Atunyote golf course was a blast with my son, Gus. We played from the front tees and played in a little over 4 hours. If your at Turning Stone Resort Atunyote is a must play not just because it's a very playable parkland course with vast stretches of open area to hit your drives but because it will challenge golfers of all levels and you will be treated like a king/queen as the staff is the most accommodating I've ever seen.

As well its close to Ottawa and you got all the other courses to play at as well. I'm glad I finally got to cross off the golf courses at Turning Stone off my bucket list.

Love the waterfalls Tom Fazio decided to add to Atunyote, a beautiful touch.
