Scott Verplank had to settle for a one under 71 at the Children's Miracle Network Classic on Saturday, the birdies weren't as plenty for him although some players did get a few. Verplank drove the ball well, hitting 12 of 14 fairways, hitting the greens was the problem. His round of one under 71 was good enough to tie him for the lead with Stephen Ames. They're are still alot of guys in the hunt Tim Clark is just 3 shots of the pace. Justin Leonard is only 1 back looking for another victory this Fall. Someone will go real low tomorrow and I'm pretty sure it will go down to a playoff with 2 or 3 guys. My man Jesper had it to -9 but a bogey and double bogey on his back nine killed him.
