Alexander Ovechkin of the Washington Capitals certainly felt no ill effects of a 10cm cut on his leg that he received in a game against Pittsburgh a few days earlier as he scored 4 goals to defeat the Ottawa Senators 8-6 in a wild high scoring game. Alex Ovechkin was playing in front of his parents who arrived in Ottawa to see the game. Obviously he was inspired most guys would of sat out the game.
