Steve Earle On The Hour

I've been a long time fan of Steve Earle. I've seen him open for Bob Dylan many years ago. I've seen him at a small club in downtown Ottawa called Barrymore's, it was a solo show and I remember him breaking a ton of strings on his guitars within the first few songs. I also had the pleasure of seeing him in Dublin Ireland back in 97 I think Emmy Lou Harris got up on stage with him. He's an amazing song writer and a great performer and he's still around after some bad drug problems and some time in jail but he's been clean for 13 years and he's still making great music. Earle recently made the move from Nashville to New York City with his new wife, singer Alison Moorer, who appears on his new album, an ode to the Big Apple called 'Washington Square Serenade'.
