Keltic Lodge The Pot of Gold

It was only fitting today to see a beautiful rainbow over the majestic Keltic Lodge Resort. It truly is a special place.

We arrived late yesterday and decided on a late supper at Keltic Lodge's Purple Thistle Dining Room. We were treated to a perfect dinner with a touch of Cape Breton flair. My main entry was delicious the blackened swordfish with a special blend of spices served over top a sweet potatoes/snow crab hash drizzled with Nova Scotia maple syrup. Our appetizer was pretty tasty to; Atlantic sea scallops with peppered bacon drizzled with a port reduction. With various hiking trails, Highland Links Golf Course, beaches, sea kayaking and various other outdoor activities Keltic Lodge is truly the place to call your headquarters.
