Keltic Lodge The Pot of Gold

It was only fitting today to see a beautiful rainbow over the majestic Keltic Lodge Resort. It truly is a special place.

We arrived late yesterday and decided on a late supper at Keltic Lodge's Purple Thistle Dining Room. We were treated to a perfect dinner with a touch of Cape Breton flair. My main entry was delicious the blackened swordfish with a special blend of spices served over top a sweet potatoes/snow crab hash drizzled with Nova Scotia maple syrup. Our appetizer was pretty tasty to; Atlantic sea scallops with peppered bacon drizzled with a port reduction. With various hiking trails, Highland Links Golf Course, beaches, sea kayaking and various other outdoor activities Keltic Lodge is truly the place to call your headquarters. Be sure to follow my Twitter feed and Instagram for some great Cape Breton moments.
